The eco2life range is made up of 4 cleaning products- a multi surface cleaner/ floor cleaner/glass cleaner & bathroom cleaner. They have been endorsed by such brands as Good Housekeeping and the Vegetarian Society. Whilst many products might pay lip service to being 'eco friendly' this product genuinely is:
1) They leave out one of the world's most precious resources…water. Many 'green' cleaning products are mostly water- which is heavy, bulky & hence requires more packaging & higher transport/distribution demands. Instead, they use 'Small Wonders'- little bottles of cleaning solution which you dilute at home with ordinary tap water to create a full spray bottle of product! Clever!
2) The spray bottle is plastic & can be re-used many times & the trigger can take 10,000 sprays
3) They take a less is more approach to packaging, and where card or paper is used they ensure it is fully FsC and PEFC accredited and widely recyclable.
And feeling like you've done your bit for the planet isn't the only consideration for purchasing the range. As parents we are ever conscious of the nasties hiding under the sink- some of those cleaning products are so full of chemicals that the idea of your child getting hold of them is horrifying. With eco2life these worries are no longer an issue as all of the products have no volatile organic compounds, no toxins, no phosphates, no silicate, no caustics, no petroleum solvents, chlorine or parabens and they have low or neutral ph levels.
Finally, we can safely say- as we've actually tried the product ourselves- not only does the product work as well as standard cleaning products on the market, but it actually cleans better and it smells divine!
